In Jan of 2006, my mother and I Canadian citizens, took a brief trip down to the Mayo Clinic in the United States to see about an injury I had sustained to my arm. On our way down we were profiled- we arrived at our hotel without our baggage as it had been seized- the airline lied to us, claiming it was just misplaced, however, 3 hours later it was delivered to our hotel with a note attached stating “due to security concerns this baggage has been seized, locks cut and searched” We had been profiled.On our return trip, I complained about this ill treatment to the attendants at the front desk in Rochester. …We were harassed by an aggressive flight attendant by the name of Sherrie Caudill who harassed and create incident over a supposed suspicious bag on my mother’s person, designed to falsely villainize us before the audience of the passengers, as a premeditated pretext for what was to come.

I was attacked on board the aircraft itself on our connecting flight Rochester back to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, by five airport police and LEFT IN A POOL OF BLOOD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ISLE, HAVING BEEN ATTACKED BY 5 POLICE, TASED OVER THE HEART AND STRUCK DOWN following which a secretive trial would later ensue at which this same stewardess Sherrie Caudill would state ominously “We are trained to kill before we are killed” before a tribunal court housing secret government officials on a fixed jury pool and a charged x U.S Marine as judge. We feel the attack was the result of having complained about the ill treatment at the desk compounded by the earlier profiling on our trip down to Rochester several days prior…
Immediately upon boarding the plane, AFTER HAVING ALREADY PASSED THROUGH SECURITY, and only after the security doors had been shut, my mother was accused of harboring a suspicious bag- the classic racial profiling scenario. From there we were harassed incessantly and deliberately harassed by this same stewardess, and villainized before the audience of the passengers in the cabin. This was to set the pretext for what was to come shortly thereafter: A false complaint of ‘irate passenger’ was released and the plane- prior to take off- returned to port, whereupon 5 police boarded the aircraft and attacked me.Moreover, it has now become apparent to us that this particular airline-Northwest Air- is secret intelligence based, in light of recent exposure of NWA at having handed the FBI and NASA 6000 CD's for the purposes of a computer assisted profiling database. Following the attack I was hospitalized for treatment, and my mother and I were then placed through a trial that housed on the “jury pool” CIA, NSA, Military, MN Police, prosecuting attorneys and Northwest Airlines employees- ALL ON THE ‘JURY POOL’!The judge was an X –U.S. Marine, who himself, has criminal charges against himand has placed threats against my family to the effect of sending U.S. Marshals into Canada (an Innately illegal act- not withstanding that FBI have already been illegally within Canada at my home to terrorize us and have sent us threats over the internet) to harm us, comparing them to blood hounds in an ominous and criminally culpable address upon our persons which he administered within the courtroom itself for all to here. The audience however consisted only of the FBI, NSA, CIA laden jury pool and the prosecution and so this illegal threat and intimidation was to go unchecked.It has come to our attention that this particular judiciary (Hennepin) was as pre-dispositioned towards profiling and corruption as is Northwest Airlines:Hennepin County has recently been exposed for "collusion between prosecutors and judges" and judicial corruption/ tyranny, in an article that cites 20blacks:1 white imprisoned within MN and police brutality rampant and unchecked within their mandate.We are currently in asylum in Canada, in that we have been threatened that harm will come to us via criminal elements and goons amongst the judiciary in MN State. Judge Doty ominously threatened AND I QUOTE:
“…and I’ll send the U.S. Marshals after you. And believe me, Hollywood overdoes the FBI somewhat, but not the U.S. Marshals- they’re every bit the blood hounds they’re portrayed to be! They’ll hunt you down! You understand? They’ll GET YOU-Even years from now- I’VE SEEN IT BEFORE! - But I’m not too worried- We have a very good relationship with Canada right now” END QUOTE

I currently sleep with my door barricaded and my family and I as well as friends and associates, have suffered and been illegally threatened terrorized and targeted for over 1 year now! Phone lines tapped, followed, threatened over the internet and threatening messages left on answering machines, registered legal mail intercepted and sabotaged, silent listener calls, blocked calls, …FBI at my home covertly (I saw them and they quickly pulled away- they are illegal in Canada).Moreover, beyond the suffering associated with the attack itself and the threats and collusion that followed, we have been made to suffer much further by a barrage of false media accounts- government has elicited media to its services in propagating false propaganda aimed at character assassination and hiding the truth in a covert opaque steam of lies.Government/media aligned censorship and false propaganda has long been used to facilitate the occlusion of truth and the propagation of falsehoods that fall within the interests of the corporate/government agenda. CO-Intel Pro and FBI have also worked hand in hand at both threats and intimidation, as well as character assassination –BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT THE TRUTH TO GET OUT....My name is currently on a number of their FBI sites, and I have received threat from self-identifying agents over the Internet...
Now over 18 months later we still receive threats and intimidation tactics from factions involved who would very much rather we kept silent and I still sleep with my door barricaded on the impetus of criminal threats received during the tribunal itself.
Government has ignored all of our appeals for assistance. It is becoming clear that government were actually involved to a large extent, in what occurred. The secret government agent jury pool and sabotaged legal mail are the most evident examples of government collusion in our case. Our lives remain in danger, as we follow the path of slow and tedious correspondence with grass roots movements, in attempt to make more people aware of our plight and build a base of coordinated assistance.
Top Level Police / FBI / Secret Service Factions Collusion
I am here able to expose and report on things that were never intended to be revealed. The reason is two fold.

1: Like the diabolical villain exposes all to the victim in the final moments of a horror film, they exposed all of their scheming collusion and secretive documents to me in the context of a trial that was intended to lead to our demise. 2: I was able to return with the nuances of all of this collusion only on account of the egocentric nature of the criminally charged judge, David S. Doty, who had been pressured by an overly insistent prosecution, not to let me return to Canada prior to sentencing, labeling me a flight risk- although perhaps privately more so a whistle blower risk on the collusions and ominous undercurrents involved…
…Only to defy the demands of the prosecution, did this tyrannical judge send us back home, yet on the impetus of a very harsh, illegal and criminally culpable threat that was to come- the threat of illegal U.S. Marshal swat team entry into Canada should we fail to return…We did not return but instead continue to expose them for the world to witness, as FBI agent Marc Rensch sends cyber threats warning me to keep silent, as my mail is sabotaged, phone line tapped, voice mails deleted, viruses sent and friends family and associates also targeted and terrorized…we resist and continue to expose them further.



ORWELLIAN WORLD SPEECH

The Elements of Our Plight As Projected On to the Global Arena of Martial Law, Fascism, Corporate Tyranny and the Orwellian World of Societal Subjugation:

The ORWELLIAN WORLD- By the Orwellian World, I refer to George Orwell's book, 1984, that has manifested itself and has been completely realized in the present day...A surveillance grid map nightmare where media-government aligned censorship not only censor and suppress information but also feed the masses disinformation in order to keep them misinformed and vulnerable- weak and malleable to their command. A world where government driven media is meant to instill fear hatred and panic amongst the masses under false indoctrination and propaganda in order to secure a vice grip of control and absolute power. A world where big brother is more than just watching and arbitrary detention interrogation and torture have become common place-and legalized- under the Patriot Act, and the removal of habeas corpus- the Patriot Act having been the Plot rather than the aftermath, written in fact, well before the culmination of 9/11 had ever come into being! A world where Corporation State and Government have merged into one diabolical entity as defines the fascist state- as one mogul of self serving tyranny- in order to carry out their respective monetary power lusting interests irrespective of the consequences upon and the suffering of the masses. A world where those who speak truth to expose their lies and deceptions are persecuted hunted down and destroyed.
It can be seen as a sinister merger between that of Fascism and Martial law, in which the State is given ABSOLUTE CONTROL and George Orwell's vision of a world enslaved living in terror at the mercy of a merciless mogul encompassing all of judiciary, Government, Corporation, and Military all of which become the soul benefactors of military strife global conquest societal subjugation and enslavement, comes into being. It becomes a nightmare from which THERE IS NO WAKING-NO ESCAPING-...UNLESS WE FIGHT BACK- unless WE RESIST.

As I construct this literary work an email comes in reporting a new targeting program instilled by British Prime Minister Tony Blair. The url attached details ongoing developments of a DNA PROFILING SYSTEM TARGETTING PEOPLE FROM THE MOMENT OF BIRTH AND …arguing that DNA profiling from birth is essential to allow better targeting…and so the Neo Nazi Eugenics based regime returns.

These genres have been the flag bearers of our suffering over the last 13 months, in which family friends and associates have come under the attack and persecution of ruthless diabolical mechanisms therein that have sought our complete destruction.
Fascism can be seen as the union between Corporation and State, in which the needs of the people are not considered and the masses are left bereft at the whim of a callous self serving entity therein.

Corporate Gain from military strife and chaos? Absolutely! - He put in a 124 million dollar investment into a 99 year lease on the World Trade Centers only 6 months before the buildings were collapsed under the pretense of structural damage from fire and aircraft impact which has been proven scientifically impossible from a structural perspective
He netted a 7.1 BILLION DOLLAR return on investment. A new security firm, SECURICORE, run by none other than President Bush’s brother, takes over the building security only weeks before the incident and closes the building for “repairs” (read: dynamite blast charge setting) the weekend before the 911 catastrophe…Note also that he conspicuously places anti-terrorism insurance (terrorism being a term that the world was not even familiar with at that time...) on his buildings at the time of the lease...SECURICORE TOLD THE PEOPLE TO GO BACK INTO THE BUILDING KNOWING FULL WELL THEY WERE SENDING THEM BACK UNTO THEIR ASSURED DEATHS. WHY? BECAUSE THE PURPETRATORS OF THIS EVENT NEEDED MORE THAN JUST A BUILDING COLLAPSE- THEY NEEDED MASS DEATHS AND SUFFERING- THE PRETEXT TO JUSTIFY THE TYRANNY TO COME…human sacrifice for the sake of Corporate gain is the epitome of the corporate psychopathy to which I speak.

Enron capitalizes on the Twin Towers destruction and lives lost…within the Twin Towers was housed the largest accumulation of computer hardware in any complex in the United States…files depicting governmental fraud, corporate negligence and more…amongst those files were the files pertaining to Enron’s Corporate corruption and legal culpability therein…all up in a ball of flames, never again to be retrieved or scrutinized- lost to the world. In fact there are a number of large notorious corporations such as Enron who had details of their corporate impropriety housed within the electronic furbishing of the twin towers…all details of such were conveniently lost on that fateful day.

Speaking further to corporate psychopathy and gain from death, look at Dick Cheney AND RUMSFELD in the U.S.- They, Cheney in particular, have capitalized on his pipeline oil investments in Afghanistan, profiteering from military strife, societal suffering chaos and human carnage in the Middle East.
Moreover, Afghanistan’s popyseed production fueling the illegal drug trade of opium has long been known as a significant contributor to the U.S. economy, responsive for mass corporate money laundering and other covert actions.


Martial Law can be seen as the union between State (governmental office) Judiciary (Police, Law Enforcement, and the Courts) the Military and Legislation -the legal details of what constitutes law and the breach thereof- law having been manipulated distorted and arbitrarily amended to such an extent, that it no longer has meaning and has become a tool of state designed to inflict wanton flagellation upon the masses as a pretext to global enslavement of the masses and martial law.

To give example of Martial Law, and fascist Orwellian nuances as pertains to our plight I need only direct the listener to the elements of the SECRETIVE GOVERNMENT TRIBUNAL WE WERE DELT, IN WHICH THERE COULD BE FOUND ALL OF THE ELEMENTS OF MEMBERS AND OR AFFILIATES OF FBI, CIA, NSA, MILITARY, MN POLICE PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS, AND NORTHWEST AIRLINES EMPLOYEES (THE VERY CORPORATION WHICH INSTIGATED THE ATTACK) ASWELL AS OTHER REMARKEABLE ENTITIES- ALL ON THE JURY POOL ITSELF...and an X-U.S. Marine with criminal charges against him presiding as judge, complete with threats of harm to come upon my family and I thereafter.

THREATENED INTO SILENCE VOICELESS at our own TRIAL—BY THE PATRIOT ACT:
Email that FBI had intercepted depicted complaints I had made about the attack, that were referred to as very “inflammatory and anti- U.S. government”
I had included quotations from Martin Niemöller and his epic poem 1st they came, Chosodovsky and Von Klauschwitz ("War is the continuation of politics by other means…. “The greatest enemy in war is war itself)," all of whom have spoken out against war and military strife.

Our defense attorney who was working for the prosecution stated slyly and coyly in mockery of my hapless position:
Look what the prosecution has on you… You testify and all of this comes out in front of the jury pool…

He then continued in wrote mockery, stating “And look at whose on the jury…(slyly/ ominously) FBI, MN Police, NSA, Military…

We were made to sit silent at our own trial in which sinister and life-threatening intent had made itself all too clear.



TRAUMATIZED
The Elements of the Orwellian world as described have brought their full force to bear upon not only my family and I but also friends and associates. We have been traumatized and ironically terrorized by the very covert factions within the U.S. Officiates who would claim to combat terror- a ruse and thin veil over true agenda at hand…



After the attack while being illegally held at the Hennipen County Prison, the nightmare continued…
Stripped of all your clothing and belongings,
Blankets and socks were not supplied and I caught fever and chills that same night.
By the next morning I woke with a severe rash along the entirety of the left side of my face that compounded the pain of my eye that was still filled with blood following the attack. All doctor ordered medical attention was refused.
Guards made overt threats upon my person in the elevator shafts.
The lights would remain on at all times even at night- a practice that constitutes torture all of its own accord.

Prisoners including myself, were transported to and from one facility to the next chained and bound by ankle, waist and cuff, innocent yet treated like something less than human- I reflected at having only one week earlier been in the midst of University Classes in the Sciences program in another country in what seemed also like a different life time from the one I was now experiencing…
My calling card made defunct by design to illegally block outside communication,
And facilitate intensive FBI interrogation and cohersion, whereupon it became clear there would be no witness to the perils at hand, Canadian consulate official Estelle Arnud-Battahdier having indicated I was to be abandoned by the Consulate.


THE FBI INTERROGATION
During the interrogation, the cold unrelenting stare of FBI agent Marc A Rensch, would not relinquish at any time during the entire period of questioning and intensive interrogation in attempt to link me to alqueda or jihad was next to come. FBI agent Marc A. Rensch sat with his eyes solidly fixed:
-The same agent who would later appear illegally in Canada outside my home
- The same agent who would later send cyber threats and generally terrorize family friends and associates alike
-The same agent who was referred to by the prosecution as “that widely grinning FBI agent sitting in the back row” when called to the stand at the secretive trial designed towards our demise.

Going back to the days after the attack, imagine coming home and finding the perpetrators of your attack- your interrogators- the very symbol of the tyranny and evils afflicting –waiting for you outside your home…FBI Agent Mark A. Rensch was indeed outside my home shortly following my return, and pulled away after smiling and nodding ominously as if to say “Now I’m sure where we can find you when we need to...”
Judge Doty’s ominous threat lingered in the back of my mind and infiltrated even deep into the machinations of my dreams at night…the U.S. Marshals coming to get me breaking down the door and 8 red dots pointed at my head, men clad in swat uniform circling about, faces hidden by the dark reflection of the masks they wore…nightmares constantly woke me at night. Due to a combination of the after effects of having been tased with 50 thousand volt apparatus over the heart extensively and the vividness of the nightmares I began to have, I began regularly waking in the odd hours of the night with life threatening heart palpitations that required immediate hospitalization.

Moreover, I must emphasize that removing the heavy barricade from my door upon waking in the middle of the night with these life threatening heart palpitations, is a very difficult and dangerous task, but necessary in order to allow entry of the ambulance attendants, following the 911 emergency calls I had to place. I have been hospitalized now 7 times by my count.

Imagine coming home to find that the media moguls and the propaganda had made their way back across the border before you did, and societal and public harassment and shunning awaited, with the visage of your mug shot spewed about the tabloids and ruthless media outlets, designed towards the complete destruction of your character and your resolve- designed towards the occlusion of truth.

Indeed, beyond the harassment and public jeers, shortly upon my return, several local public institutions and corporations also contributed to the affront, both verbally accosting and threatening me while I was on their premises in the spirit of embracing the false oppression we faced.
The most affrontive of these incidents occurred with Canada Safeway, whereupon while leaving the premises I was accosted by a guard accusing me of having stolen razor blades who had been instructed to attack me and hand cuff me if necessary, by his own admission…clearly in the public eye, by media and government aligned design, I had been publicly condemned as a rogue dissident deserving nothing more than public scorn and flagellation.

The effect of the attack, the corporate and judicial tyranny and corruption, the false media driven propaganda and character assassination and resulting local societal shunning, the threats, and the nightmares, have and continue to take a very life threatening toll on all of us…

My mother began having and continues to experience these same heart palpitations
-And the toll on her health and well-being has been tremendous and disheartening.

THE HORRIFIC NIGHT OF TERROR BEFORE THE FINAL DAY OF THE TRIAL:

Having been through the first day of the trial, witnessed the secret government agent and military-laden jury pool, and born witness to the ominous aura about the entire ordeal that carried life threatening qualities, we placed a call into U.S. office Canadian Consulate member Estelle Battahdhier to apprise her of the corruption and the life threatening collusion at hand. Her response was the same as it had been months prior while I sat bloodied and illegally detained, the subject of FBI interrogation- “I’m sorry there is nothing that the Canadian Consulate can do for you”

MY MOTHER’S NIGHTMARE
That night was one of the worst and most harrowing moments of our ordeal…
Having adjoining rooms in the hotel in which we stayed, that night before the final day of trial, I could hear screams coming from my mother’s room…she repeatedly called out No! No! …No!... I entered the room hoping to wake her from her sleep but when I placed my hand on her arm to calm her she did not wake and began to shake violently. I placed my hand on her brow and my worst fears momentarily came into being…she screamed, her torso rising up suddenly from the bed, clutched her chest in pain, and fell back onto the bed motionless and silent…
I BEGAN SCREAMING IN AGONY NO! NO!..NO! It was my mother’s death out of fear, that I thought I had just witnessed, and as the moments passed I silently vowed my vengeance upon the perpetrators of this life altering tragedy…. It was at this moment that she awoke and the immediate nightmare had ended for the moment- but would soon be replaced by the nightmare encompassing the final day of trial yet to come the following day…



…YES listeners- MARTIAL LAW IS ALREADY HERE AND BEING SECRETLY PRACTICED ON THE MASSES UNBEKNOWNST TO THE PUBLIC...

As far as the surveillance and intimidation aspects concerning our plight I direct the reader to our sabotaged and intercepted legal mail care of Canada Post, our tapped phone lines, erased voice mail, the threatening messages left on answering machines, self-identifying FBI agents having created internet accounts in order to interface with me and threaten me over the internet medium and FBI having been at my home under stealth-IN CANADA - (illegal). There is also evidence to support the fact that I am followed and surveillanced as well.

As in the Maher Arar case, for those familiar with it, Government involvement has been prevalent on both sides of the border-
Shortly after the attack upon my return, my doctor apprised me that Ken MacKenzie in association with the Winnipeg Regional heath Authority under Tim Sale, Minister of Health, had attempted to conspire with my physician to have me imprisoned and labeled a threat to society. My physician, however, refused and warned me of their tactics…this was motivated by an opportunistic strike upon me following contention involved with the medical malpractice upon my arm that necessitated our fateful travel to the Mayo clinic in the United States in the first place.

In attest to the fact that we, THE PEOPLE, are simply numbers and sheep to the slaughter house to be condemned and then forgotten, this same Tim Sale, in recent campaigning initiatives, placed a call in to my home. Although I had attended several conferences at which he was in attendance, whereupon he skillfully averted comment on our plight and dodged my questions, he did not so much as remember me when calling to ask me for my support and my vote in the election. His response when I challenged him on contributing to leaving my family and I to our demise: and I quote “Well I’m sorry you feel that way.”


FBI involvement beyond agent Rensch himself, has been significant on a National scale: * Northwest Airlines, the airline on which we were attacked, is a CIA/ NSA /FBI Based Cooperative, having illegally released 6000 cd’s to fbi on a passenger profiling database constructed from online ticket bookings. Northwest Airlines, in a cooperative effort with NASA now works on plans to implement a revolutionary brain scanning system at airports to identify potential terrorists. UNDERSTAND THE DANGER – THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT PROTECTION THERE IS NO SAFETY NET:
AS EXAMPLE I RELATE THE FACT THAT AS I CALLED DESPERATELY SEEKING CANADAIN CONSULAR ASSISTANCE BLODDIED AND BATTERED IN THE US HOLDING CELL, CANADIAN CONSULAR OFFICIAL ESTELLE BATTAHDIER STATED DISMISSIVELY,

“Let us know if they torture you or ask you to perform any indecent acts…other than that we will not get involved”

Back in Canada I would later appeal to the department of justice for assistance.

The war and illegal military occupation in AFGHANISTAN in which Canada now plays much more than simply a peace keeping role, is a prime example:

To any and all who believe the U.S. Occupation in Afghanistan or Iraq or any other country is in any way associated with the liberation of the people and the introduction of a democratic environment in place of tyranny, I say, look no further to the case of the thousands killed in Chile following the brutal coup that the U.S. backed dictator Pinochet led in 1973, in the overthrow of then Chilean President Allende the first democratically-elected president that Chili had ever known. Pinochet’s dictatorial rule would come to enslave and kill many.

It is Afghanistan’s geographics rendering it a militarily strategic stronghold and the gateway for the control of Central Asia as well as Cheney’s oil pipeline investments, and the poypyseed opium production and drug trade that can be linked amongst the true motivations behind the illegal occupation and killings ongoing.

It is quite noteworthy that Afghan president Khamid Karzai, is also a top level CIA Co operative, and was an economic advisor to Unocal – one of the largest oil firms in Afghanistan, prior to his position in office.

On the matter of the so-called War on Terror In Iraq, the hypocrisy and disinformation propagated by media is no less remarkable.
A supposed U.S. occupation ostensibly designed at eradicating the elements of terrorism and promoting a democratic environment, has succeeded in mass killings and civil war in its place…and as the media trumpeted and heralded the visage of the swinging corpse of Saddam Hussein ensnared in the noose that took his life, media fail to remind us that it was the United States Government that supplied Saddam Hussein with military arms in their war on Iran, that no weapons of mass destruction were ever found and that the exploitation of Iraqi oil and resources as well a military strategic positioning are the motivating factors in their immoral attack and war on humanity.

…And yes, all the while media fail to remind us of past similar patterns of U.S. intrusion including the training of dictator and societal oppressor Manuel Noreiga.

“Terrorists are here”, the narrator intones, with the text appearing over a map of the state of Minnesota.
The ad then cuts to a close up of the Republican Pawlenty, who says “when foreigners apply for drivers license we’re going to have their visa expiration date on it.”
It implies that all immigrants need to be treated as suspects.
Small wonder that we were attacked with a governor and human rights institution in Minneapolis of this abhorrent likeness and a corrupt judiciary to match.

The terror watch propaganda is the source of terror itself.
